Prescription & OTC Delivery

At Hidenwood Pharmacy, Inc., we pride ourselves on providing exceptional convenience and service to our valued customers. In order to make obtaining your medications even easier, we are thrilled to offer prescription and over-the-counter order delivery to our customers. Our delivery polices are listed below. Delivery Zone

Hidenwood Pharmacy delivers to residential address within a 5 mile radius* of our store, located at

35 Hidenwood Shopping Center,
Newport News, VA 23606-2262

To confirm exact address delivery availability, please call the pharmacy.

• All deliveries will be charged a $4.00 delivery fee**

• Residents at 51 and 75 Wellesley Drive have a $1.00 delivery fee

• Unsuccessful delivery attempts are charged at $2.00***

Option 1 (preferred) - Add a Credit or Debit Card to your Patient Profile****

• Hidenwood Pharmacy can store your credit or debit card in our PCI compliant software and charge It prior to delivery.

• To add a card to your profile please call the pharmacy and tell the clerk you want to add a new card.

• Tips for the delivery driver can also be added onto your sale if you mention it to the clerk when you call in the order.

Option 2 - Cash or Check on Delivery (COD)

• If you would prefer, we can issue a ‘charge-on-delivery’ (COD) where the patient can pay with cash or check when the delivery driver drops off the order.

• Please have exact change, our drivers do not normally carry change on them when they deliver.

• If paying by check, please make checks payable to ‘Hidenwood Pharmacy, Inc.’

Any prescription that is a controlled substance or narcotic (Rx numbers beginning with ‘C’ or ‘N’) must be signed with printed name and signature for by a person 18 years of age or older at the delivery address listed at time of delivery. Hidenwood Pharmacy cannot deliver certain controlled substance or narcotic prescriptions. These prescriptions must be picked-up In-store. If you are requesting delivery on one of these medication you will be notified by a member of our team.

**Delivery fee subject to change

***If initial delivery is unsuccessful, a delivery attempt fee of $2.00 will be applied for the second and third attempt. If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the medication becomes ineligible for delivery and must be picked up in store.

****A maximum of two (2) cards can be on file at a time.
